Premises - Our 15,000 square foot purpose built premises are light, spacious and thermally stable and house a Toolroom and new Moulding Shop. They are equipped with the latest machine technology and resourced by a highly skilled, dedicated and flexible team of professionals with a strong business partner and quality focus throughout.

Product and Mould Design Services - Where required, our experienced in-house designers will critique your product design and advise you on design improvements that will improve tooling and moulding, part weight reduction, cycle time reduction, improve assembly and material selection.
Our designers use the latest 3D solid modelling software to design the mould as an assembly.
Mould Validation - Moulds can be validated on site, carrying out process optimisation, ISIR reports, capability studies and material trials. Production moulding is available up to 350 tons.
Product and Mould Quality - Our tools are produced to an impressive standard and are supplied with a guarantee of workmanship. Complete project support is provided from initial contact to the supply of warranted and fully validated quality mould tools that are highly efficient in class cycle times producing zero defect parts.
