Injection Mould Tooling -
The injection mould section manufactures mould tools, ranging from complicated multi-impression closure tools-stack tools-collapsible core moulds, through to simple Prototype moulds, single or multi-impression cavitation where required.
Blow Mould Tooling -
Our blow mould tool manufacturing service supplies the Packaging and Dairy industries throughout the UK and overseas. Moulds produced for Techne - Sidel - Bekum - Graham Wheel Type - Hesta - Automa - Keb - Eurola moulding machines.
Repairs and Modifications -
We offer a complete repair service, priding ourselves on our reaction times - understanding our customers on the down-time costs incurred - plus the risk factor when 'JIT' supply production systems are implemented. Modifications are undertaken on a without-obligation quotation basis and kept to the shortest commercial timescales.
Tool Welding Services -
We have a cold laser welding system to support the TIG specialist fine repair facility which allows knife-edge nip-off faces to be repaired same-day - please contact Alliance Design for more information and case histories.
Tool Trialing -
We have a large number of moulding machines available for trials - press sizes 20T to 650T. All tools are fully commissioned and we also supply setting sheets and confirmed optimum cycle times.
