ITI have the capacity, experience and expertise to Project Manage the production of suites of new tools and to support all resizing, modification and maintenance requirements to meet our Customer deadlines.
Customer support starts with our manned reception where you are greeted with a warm welcome, then an introduction to our key technical staff, backed by our highly skilled workforce and workshop, who will support your needs from concept to product manufacture. ITI have targeted investment to support this philosophy and to ensure on time delivery of quality new tooling, resizing, modifications and repairs inline with our customer’s expectations.
Our full tool making service covers component design, in house mould tool design, tool manufacture, full 3D tool inspection, component inspection and first off samples and production support. We have a large capacity working 24 hrs using the best machinery for accuracy including Matsuura, Correa, Agie Charmille and Mitutoyo.
Maintenance is a large part of our service from simple wear to complex re-manufacture through our reverse engineering facilities. We understand our customers requirements for minimal loss of production and fully support their needs for a quick turn round with repair and maintenance work.
Precision machining is available for individual parts to batch production and full tool assemblies, using our wide range of precision machinery and the advantage of inspection equipment, including CMM for product verification.
