Esspee Fabrications were Established in 1964 in St Helens, Merseyside and remain a privately owned supplier, fabricator and machinist of electrical and high temperature insulation materials. We offer an extensive range of services including CNC Turning , CNC Milling, & CNC Routing , Gasket pressing and Vacuum forming as well as assembly of fabricated parts.

ESSPEE work closely with the Toolmaking & Moulding industries offering Platen , Tooling and Heat Insulation Barrier boards. We also work too with Press manufacturers and end users requiring new insulation platens on Thermal Moulding Presses.

ESSPEE recognise the fact that Toolmakers wish to work on their Tools , so as your partner, let us do the Insulation panels for you , leaving your machines and operators to work on your projects.

Our Insulation boards used mainly in Toolmaking and Moulding are rated to 285 Deg C and can be cut as a single piece for tools up to 2440 x 1220mm with thicknesses from 6mm to 25mm with a Tolerance on thickness of 0.004”.

We have over 20 years experience in working alongside GTMA members and now as members would like to reach out to many more.

We use market leading materials where we enjoy distributor relationships with the manufacturers and act as a direct to market machinist, straight from the manufacturer to you the end user.
