Working together with major instrument manufacturers, national measurement laboratories, and also as a partner in an EU-funded project developing reference specimens for nanotechnology, we have unrivalled experience in the design and manufacture of precision reference standards for surface finish metrology. We also provide measurement and calibration services for surface roughness in our Standards Laboratory.
