At Associated we understand the importance of the initial design of each tool in order to optimize not only the cycle time but to reduce the time of any on-going servicing throughout the life of the tool.
To this end our designers will ensure the maximum amount of cooling is designed into the tool from the outset. This combined with our moveable face plates which allows access to nozzle tips whilst the tool is still in the press all make for a fast cycling and reduced downtime resulting in lower manufacturing cost.
We work with some of the industry’s leading suppliers of hot runner systems and material suppliers in order to ensure you receive the highest quality tools available.
Our Tool-making Facility located in Wrexham is the key to our UK business.
