  • Industrial Applications of Big Science – Professor Ric Allott, Director of Business Development, STFC (Science and Technology Facilities Council) (8th June 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM)
    STFC develop, build and operate the UK’s large-scale science facilities. Ric will provide an introduction to STFC, highlighting their expertise and capabilities across the breadth of their science and technology and the benefits of working with them. He will also bring to light a number of case studies illustrating the industrial use of the STFC’s neutron, x-ray, laser and high-performance computing facilities.
  • The Supply Chain in 2030 and What We Can Expect – Andrew Hipgrave, International Logistics Manager, Birmingham Chamber of Commerce (9th June 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM)
    As we move from one global disruptor to another, Andrew will be looking at how we need to be aware of changing legal frameworks and strategies that we can employ to make our businesses more resilient.
