The ONLY ONE range is a high performance, low cost milling cutter which can be used on both CNC machines and conventional machines.

The PM60 powder metal substrate which they are made from provides a high toughness element (similar to HSS). Therefore it gives better performance, especially on machines with unstable conditions, such as when vibration occurs. They have high performance levels that are similar to carbide but the added benefits of exceptional wear resistance, not chipping like carbide and they are cheaper. They feature an advanced “Y” coating technology, exclusive to YG-1, and this is formed with an AlCrN base.
