Cyber-attack hammers JLR Q3 financials, but car maker to roar back with strong Q4.

Luxury car maker, Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), revealed the ongoing fall-out of its damaging cyber-attack last year when it announced sharp declines in its revenues and profits for the third quarter period to December 31, 2025, today (February 5).

JLR employs around 34,000 staff in the UK and operates manufacturing sites at Halewood on Merseyside and Solihull and Castle Bromwich in the West Midlands.

But production shuddered to a standstill on August 31, 2025, when the cyber incident occurred, resulting in five weeks’ loss of car production.
