We are excited to announce the arrival of the evixscan 3D Quadro+ Scanner, a cutting-edge universal 3D scanning solution based on structured light technology.

This state-of-the-art device offers two distinct scanning ranges, enabling fast and accurate measurements of both large and small objects.

With its exceptional versatility, the Quadro+ eliminates the need for multiple devices, making it a valuable asset for various applications in diverse industries.

The evixscan 3D Quadro+ stands out with its ability to efficiently capture measurement data for objects of different sizes. By offering two scanning ranges, this innovative scanner accommodates the precise measurement of small parts with high accuracy, as well as the rapid geometry measurement of large objects. Within the inner range, objects ranging from 120 to 450 mm can be scanned efficiently. For the outer range, recommended object sizes range from 250 to 1000 mm.

Additionally, the Quadro+ can easily scan dark objects due to its short scanner-to-object distance. Its adaptability is further enhanced by the capability to combine point clouds from both scanning ranges, broadening its range of applications. This versatility makes the Quadro+ an ideal solution that seamlessly integrates with robots and cobots on production lines.

The scan range of the Quadro+ is determined by the choice of either the 12 or 9 Mpix cameras, providing a point density of 352 pts/mm² or 88 pts/mm² respectively, in the case of the larger scan range. Ensuring exceptional accuracy, the scanning precision has been verified to VDI/VDE 2634, Part 2, 4.1 Ps, achieving measurements with an accuracy as fine as 0.007mm. The Quadro+ employs a Blue LED light source and boasts a minimum scanning time of 1.2 seconds, maximizing efficiency without compromising quality.

The convenience of changing scanning ranges on the Quadro+ is seamlessly handled through software, eliminating the need for recalibration after each adjustment. With the evixscan 3D Suite 2.8 software, scans from two different Quadro+ scopes can be effortlessly combined, significantly expediting work processes. This software integration proves particularly valuable when specific parts of objects require scanning at a high resolution, while other areas can be scanned with lower resolution, resulting in accelerated workflows.

Designed to cater to various industry needs, the evixscan 3D Quadro+ Scanner excels in applications such as reverse engineering, quality control, and rapid prototyping. We are proud to offer this advanced measurement solution to the UK market, with support provided by Optimax Imaging and Inspection, ensuring customers receive unparalleled service and expertise.
