SAG-Tek is a UK based company that exports polishing tools and finishing solutions globally. Using the novel SAG (Shape Adaptive Grinding) tools developed by Zeeko, we solve your polishing problems.

Unlike other polishing solutions SAG tools are controllable, repeatable and accurate.

The tools can be used in any CNC machine tool to achieve a mirror finish or simply remove machining marks. Inconel, stainless steels, silicon carbide, titanium, glass, additively manufactured titanium, plastics, tungsten carbide, nimonic 80, are a few of the materials SAG tools are commonly used on.

If you do not have machines available to use our SAG tools we offer a modular robotic polishing cell.

The system is configured based on your needs to increase output with an array of automation levels.
