Sirius Supply Chain Solutions Ltd (SSCS) provides our customers with a turnkey solution from product development through to volume manufacturing. Focused on manufacturing projects from R&D all the way through to Final Production requirements, SSCS has an extensive engineering knowledge base allowing us to support with Design For Manufacture (DFM), Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities throughout the journey.

SSCS is part of Sirius A Corporation Ltd which includes Sirius Manufacturing Group and Sirius Recruitment Services all aimed at supporting our Customers & Partners to achieve our/their goals.

SSCS utilises its internal processes and capabilities within the Sirius Manufacturing Group of Precision Manufacturing and fabrication businesses. With capabilities including 3 & 5 Axis Laser cutting machines, Pressbrakes upto 320t, Robotic Pressbrake Cell and Hydraulic press forming of components, small and large CNC Machining, Robotic Welding cells, MIG/MAG/TIG and Resistance Welding Fabrications in all grades of Steel and Aluminium materials covered by our BS EN ISO 9606-1:2007, BS EN ISO 15085-2 and ISO 3834-3 Certifications and ISO 9001 Quality Certification.

SSCS works within many industry sectors such as Rail / Aerospace / Defence / Electric Vehicle / Automotive Industries.

All manufactured parts and assemblies are dimensionally inspected to the customer’s requirements and reports generated and issued as manufacture quality tracing records. SSCS offer a full supply in-house services covering Design for Manufacture, Project Management, Logistics, material paint/ plating and surface treatments through our extensive sub-contract network. SSCS can provide part storage and timed delivery to our customer base as required.
