BEC Group, the plastic injection manufacturing services firm based in Hampshire, has appointed Mark Watson as Head of Operations to drive through their next phase of operational improvements.
Mark’s appointment is made following a rigorous recruitment process. He joins the company from his 7 year role as Production Manager at Kea-Flex Mouldings , and before that, Manufacturing Manager at Kemlite. He is tasked with improving efficiencies and operational performance whilst retaining BEC’s innovative, problem solving approach for which they are known.
Mark said “I’m excited to be joining the company in its 35th year. I will be focused on improving the UK operations to achieve the company’s production targets and look forward to the challenges ahead. ”
