We’re delighted to announce that Craftsman Tools has won the Manufacturing Technologies Association’s (MTA’s) “Best Training Scheme” award 2014.
We’ve taken on apprentices since the company started, but after just one year since our dedicated Apprentice Training School opened and we took on more apprentices than ever before, we’re very happy that the scheme has been recognised nationally.
Celebration and challenge were themes very much to the fore at the Annual Dinner & Awards held on 6th February at the ICC in Birmingham.
The Keynote of the evening was the speech given by MTA President Mark Ridgway OBE. Mr Ridgway set out the new horizons that are emerging in engineering based manufacturing and challenged his audience to explore them.
