Brembo uses the PowerMILL and FeatureCAM CAM systems to manufacture braking systems for high-performance cars and motorbikes, including the Ferrari 488 GTB and the MV Agusta F3 superbike that will be displayed on the stand.
Lifetime Products also uses PowerMILL and FeatureCAM, in this case to create innovative and durable customer products, including sports equipment and home furniture. The Delcam software is used to manufacture tooling for many of Lifetime’s products, including the kayak to be shown in the gallery.
Centro Ricerche Cagiva, the research centre for the Cagiva and Agusta motorcycle brands, depends on PowerMILL’s five-axis machining capabilities to manufacture prototype parts for the road and racing versions of its motorbikes.
Crocs uses a combination of PowerSHAPE, ArtCAM and CRISPIN LastMaker to create accurate 3D digital lasts and then develop and manufacture novel footwear designs. Crocs shoes produced with the software will feature on the stand.
Nuteco uses PowerMILL to produce master models and tooling for the production of composite components for a wide range of applications, including parts for some of the most famous manufacturers of sports cars.
Quercetti uses a combination of Autodesk’s Inventor CAD software and FeatureCAM to create toys that are both safe and educational as well as making children’s lives more fun and exciting.
Merletti Aerospace uses PowerSHAPE and PowerMILL to manufacture a range of components for such companies as Agusta Westland, Alenia Aermacchi, Oto-Melara and Piaggio Aero. It is supplying aerospace examples for the gallery.
BCN is another automotive supplier that uses PowerSHAPE, PowerMILL and FeatureCAM to produce its tooling. High-performance alloy wheels from the company will be on the Delcam stand.
