Steel processing business Offshore Stainless Supplies has been sold by administrators in a pre-pack deal to a newly formed subsidiary of Langley Alloys Holdings.
Rick Harrison and James Clark from Interpath were appointed as joint administrators for Offshore Stainless Supplies on 3 March and secured the sale following their appointment. The business operates from its head office and distribution centre in Burntwood, Staffordshire and its manufacturing facilities in Brownhills.
