New research from PwC has revealed that the proportion of businesses committed to achieving net-zero by 2030 has nearly doubled since its survey last year, rising from 28% to 47%.

The study, which surveyed 750 businesses and 50 public sector organisations, also examined the energy challenges faced by companies and their plans for funding energy investments.

The trend is expected to continue, with 83% of businesses predicting further growth in energy consumption by 2025. https://www.edie.net/businesses-increasingly-targeting-net-zero-by-2030-research-finds/?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=edie_daily_news_alert_25-02-2025&utm_content=edie_daily_news_alert_25-02-2025+CID_6185a07bc8eebc915ec0f8ec8b5cd8e7&utm_source=campaign%20monitor&utm_term=Read%20more
