For over 75 years Burcas has specialised in manufacturing and supplying precision tooling in High Speed Steels, Tungsten Carbide and Ceramic Tooling that include: metal cutting form tools, cold forging punches and dies, work rest blades and wear parts, comprehensive range of cutting tools for the Paper and Printing Industry, precision ground carbide rod and tube, tungsten and molybdenum components, press tools for alternator and starter motor manufacture, and milling cutters for Bandsaw and Hacksaw production.
The company is also now at the leading edge of technology and quality, providing innovative machining solutions to the aerospace, defence and precision engineering markets. Specialising in high complex critical machined components Burcas is fully equipped with CNC milling, CNC turning and importantly CNC grinding including 5 axis capabilities for milling and grinding. This capability supports repeater, runner and speed shop customer orders and contracts in accordance with our future strategy.
