Kellenberger CNC equipment compliment the universal grinding capabilities. Recent investments include CNC Surface grinding with a bed size of 1000mm X 400mm.
The Aldridge site also offers Wire erosion capabilities. The largest machine having a bed space of 870mm X 550mm and a working height of 500mm, a second machine which can offer clean cut with zero recast and a third acquired November 2015 to increase capacity
All of the machining at Kepston is undertaken in a temperature controlled environment
The Aldridge site has AS9100 REV C & ISO 9001:2008 approvals.
The Wednesbury site offers sub contract furnace brazing on mild steel & stainless steel assemblies (including nickel brazing) & bright annealing of various materials including stainless steel. Magnetic annealing of soft magnetic alloys is carried out under a hydrogen atmosphere. The site is approved to ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100
