Yamazaki Mazak will be exhibiting its new INTEGREX i-100S multi-tasking machine, complete with BARTAC S bar feed system, at Southern Manufacturing 2015.
Mazak is a regular attendee at Southern Manufacturing and has a track-record of exhibiting cutting-edge machine tool technology ideally suited to the show’s core visitors in the subcontract manufacturing sector. This year is no exception and the Mazak stand will feature the latest variant of its flagship INTEGREX range, which will be cutting live throughout the show.
The INTEGREX i-100S features a large machining area with compact ergonomic design and highly accurate performance. It is capable of machining both round and square workpieces from raw material with just one set up, one machine and one operator – DONE-IN-ONE. It is also equipped with a BARTAC S bar feed system, which offers integrated work unloading and conveyor handling of completed workpieces for lights-out and unmanned running.
