VERICUT allows you to create detailed software models of all types of CNC Machine Tools, including those from leading manufacturers such as Mazak, Makino, DMG Mori, Okuma, etc. to create a virtual machining environment in order to detect errors, potential collisions, or areas of inefficiency.
It runs standalone, but can also be integrated with all leading CAM systems. VERICUT significantly reduces or eliminates the process of manually proving-out NC programs, as well as reducing scrap loss and rework.
Beyond simulation and verification VERICUT is equipped with NC program optimization capabilities. VERICUT Force automatically calculates the optimum safe feed rate for each cut based on four factors: maximum chip thickness, cutting force, spindle power and maximum permissible feed. Optimizing feed rates results in cycle time reduction (25% or more), longer cutting tool life, fewer broken cutting tools and scrapped parts, better quality parts due to minimized cutter deflection, and a better finish on part surfaces and edges due to constant tool pressure.
No expert knowledge is required and any NC program, old or new, can be optimized.
