Health & Safety
They make a point of representing the owner or director who employs them. They are often utilised to put forward your case when dealing with the HSE or accident claims by your staff.
MBHS will support you with your health and Safety management system, or in the absence of one install it for you to eventually run yourself. They believe in being hands on when required or will be in the background to provide specialist help.
MBHS provide GTMA members a free helpline and the option of a visit to your site for a H&S assessment to analyse where you are doing well and where improvements could be made.
MBHS apply proportionality and reasonableness as required by the Health and Safety Act of 1974 Etc. to the situation. They appreciate small companies work on tight budgets.
Within their team of advisors they have people who are tool makers by trade. They understand the specific nature of the environment GTMA operate in. MBHS’s approach is to let the staff talk through their processes and procedures and graft on the H&S management system that makes sense to the staff. They do not just impose a one-size fits all set of rules.
Remember: compliance is a legal requirement
