For current GTMA claimants, iCS can offer a consultancy service to review previous claims to highlight any potential red flags and whether you have over or under-claimed. We can support new claims either under a success fee model, or a fixed consultancy fee if members have the inhouse capability to prepare the Technical Report and Financial Schedules themselves under our guidance.

To obtain your R&D tax benefit, iCS will explain to HMRC on members’ behalf how projects:

• Have made an advancement in science and technology
• Had to overcome technological uncertainty
• Your challenges could not be easily resolved by a professional in your field
• Have improved the baseline of existing technology, tools, techniques, expertise and knowledge.

While this may sound daunting, the iCS team has developed an efficient process, where we handle all of the heavy-lifting. In fact, the majority of clients invest 4-5 hours of management time depending on the size and scale.  iCS’ whole claims process is conducted in-house, through a professional team of Consultants and Report Writers.
