Seminar – Maximising Business Value with the ultimate End Game in sight! 14 July 2016

With many business owners approaching retirement from the business boom in the 1980’s, the focus of owners and directors of many SMEs will be on maximising business values, for when the time comes to sell. Some businesses will inevitably be affected by uncertainty caused by Brexit.
But whether or not you wish to sell in the short term, and despite Brexit, there are many different strategies that can be used to help maximise value in order to grow, and ultimately sell a business successfully. Stirling and Andrews Ritson, Solicitors has teamed up with GTMA to promote a complimentary half day seminar, which will take a look at the key drivers for maximising value within the overall process of selling a business.
Topics to be covered will include:-

  • How to maximise Business Value (Pre-Sale)
  • How to maximise Business Value (Commencing the sale process)
  • How businesses are valued
  • Why many businesses don’t sell at all – avoid the pitfalls
  • The process of selling a business
  • The legal aspects of selling a business
