HT Tooling Solutions has a history spanning 33 years and provides a full solution to the mould tool and plastics industry. With a workforce of 25 experts, HT Tooling Solutions can offer a complete in-house package.

HT Tooling Solutions was established in 1991 to design and manufacture highly technical mould tools to the highest possible standards and is housed in a 12,000 sq. ft facility. In 2024 the company was acquired and became a trading company within the TAL Engineering Excellence group, and the investment has started with further major investments planned shortly.

We have built up a close working relationship with our customers based on honesty and reliability and offer a complete ‘in-house’ package including customer product DFM, mould flow analysis, mould tool design/manufacture, tool trialling/validation, along with ISO 9001:2015 quality system in place.

HT Tooling Solutions has a turnover of circa £4m and is well equipped to meet your needs, using state-of-the-art machinery from leading brands such as Agie Charmilles, Mikron, Kellenberger, DMG, and Roeders machines.

We are always looking for new and innovative ideas, and concepts and using emerging technologies (e.g. conformal cooling, RHC, IMA) to ensure our injection moulds remain of the highest possible quality, delivering reduced cycle times, dimensional accuracy, and more stable processes throughout the life cycle of the tool.
