What We Offer

Metrology Equipment: From handheld tools to complex systems, we supply a full range of metrology equipment for precise measurement and quality control. Our range includes cutting edge measurement technology; optical vision CMMs, CT scanners, shaft measurement as well as surface roughness measurement systems such as optical profilers.

Quality Management & SPC Software: We provide and support multiple softwares to simplify data management, analysis, and reporting. From ballooning drawings and creating inspection plans to full FAI reporting and SPC data collection and interpretation.

Automation Solutions: Streamlined turnkey solutions robot fed inspection systems to bespoke metrology fixturing.

Sub-Contract Measurement Services: We offer in house measurement both in the UK and Ireland. We provide full reporting such as first article inspection. We offer measurement for any size and quanity of components.

Service & Calibration: As well as calibrating all of our systems. We are able to offer UKAS verification on Vision systems such as Micro-Vu optical CMMs as well as articlulated measuring arms/portable CMMs.

Support & Training: Comprehensive support and training programs to ensure you’re maximizing the potential of your equipment and software.
