Toolmakers
What is a Toolmaker?
A manufacturing toolmaker is extremely important in the industry as they modify and repair tools used in the manufacturing process. Whilst many think that toolmakers create traditional home tools such as spanners and hammers, toolmakers are actually responsible for making precision tools and holding devices. Most toolmakers work with a variety of materials including metals, alloys, plastics and ceramics.
A customer will get in touch with a toolmaker and they will work together to create whatever the client needs. Toolmakers can create anything out of any material that you desire, and they are highly skilled experts.
A toolmaker’s job is never finished upon product completion. They will then monitor what they have produced to see if it needs any modification or repairs.
