A hands-on, family-owned business, N.D. Precision Products have a broad range of services and have been in operation since 1973. Located in Devon, the company have invested in CNC turning, milling, and high speed machining centres.

Based in Barnstaple, North Devon, ND Precision Products is a hands-on, family-owned business which now has the third generation of the Squire family working under its roof. Managing Director, Nick Squire says:

Most recently, the company made the decision to invest in a FARO 8 axis Quantum S ScanArm, fitted with a FAROBlu HD Laser Line Probe. This piece of equipment is a brilliant asset with multiple uses such as producing high quality 3D meshes from our FARO laser scans that allow us to create designs that help with repairs to worn and damaged tools.

Coupled with continued investment; ND Precision Products also has an established, long retained, and highly experienced workforce enabling them to provide a professional and highly competitive precision toolmakers service. “From a complex multi cavity mould tool to a simple punch and die set, every enquiry we receive is given a thorough review, and we will often go the extra mile to ensure we offer the customer an effective solution at the right price,” Nick Squire explains.

Accredited to ISO 9001, ND Precision Products is a member of the GTMA, Plastik City and WEAF (West of England Aerospace Forum). The company offers a full-service package, which includes 3D CAD/CAM design; press and mould toolmaking; precision machining with raw material procurement when required; 3D laser scanning; and tool repairs and modifications.
