Alphateq combines traditional skills and advanced technologies in order to provide exceptional facilities and expertise for the design and manufacture of tooling and fixtures for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Based in Warwickshire, and with easy access to both the M1 and M6 motorways, we are ideally situated to serve our UK-wide customer base.
We were formed in 2002 by Brian Garforth as a manufacturer of Foundry Tooling in a small unit with only 3 employees.
We now have 32 employees working out of our 25,000 sq ft of workshop and office space, with an in-house design team, dedicated toolroom facilities, a large pattern shop, and more than 20 high speed CNC machines – many with 5-axis capability, with the largest having X-Y-Z values of 3.6m x 2.6m x 1.2m, all for designing and manufacturing automotive models, tooling and moulds for composite components, moulds for resin-cast high voltage insulation products, fixtures for aircraft interior structures and prototype/low volume components for F1.
Industries served include: Foundry, Automotive, Powertrain, Aerospace, Heritage Vehicles, Motor Sport, F1, Power Generation, Marine, Space, Carbon Fibre and Medical related organisations all around the UK.”
