We design and manufacture both large and small tooling systems, checking & Assembly fixtures for the Automotive, Aerospace and Renewable Energy industries of which are a major aspect of our business.
We specialise in machining a broad spectrum of materials including Aluminum, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Tool Steel to 62 HRC, Invar, Plastics, PU and Epoxy Tooling Boards, Composites and Carbon Fibre. Please note all the services that we provide.
our team consists of experienced CAd (Catia V5) and CAM engineers using large capacity 5 axis machines (up to 3.5 m) along with a variety of machining centres upto 2.1 m. (VmC).
