Ad-Vance with some 45 years’ experience in the Mould and Die business and based in Lisburn Northern Ireland. Award-Winning Ad-Vance Engineering design and manufacture Plastic Mould Tools for multiple applications including high quality Injection Mould Tools, Jigs & Fixtures, Diecast and Press Tools, Prototype Tooling and Toolroom Machinery.
Based on our slogan “Precision through Everything” our mould tools are manufactured using a full range of High Speed CNC Milling including 6&7 Axis Milling, Spark Erosion, Surface Grinding, Turning, Conventional Milling, Bench Fitting and Polishing equipment, backed by state of the art inspection processes and the latest Solidworks CAD software to maximise design productivity and manufacturing resources.
We offer a full turn-key solution from design, R&D and prototyping through to manufacturing, logistics and after-sales support backed by our ISO9001 quality and ISO14001 environmental accreditations
We are experienced in delivering one stop shop solutions to T1, T2 partners in the rail, defence, automotive, construction and pharma sectors and our experienced team of engineers are dedicated to delivering all projects on time and budget-backed by or top-class customer service.
