Using advanced 3D modelling and formability analysis, combined with extensive tooling knowledge, our tooling engineers can evaluate the feasibility of a part before tool manufacture, ensuring it enters production without problems.
Once all the relevant project-critical features are understood and agreed, our expert tooling engineers design the tools to allow for efficient CNC manufacture, whilst ensuring that the quality of the final tooling and component part are maintained.
After manufacturing, our tools are tested in our own try-out presses and component parts are fully CMM inspected to ensure the tool fully meets the customer specification. The final tool only enters production once all parties are satisfied it will achieve optimal functionality.
